Samples: about 3-7 days.
Mass order: It is related to order quantity.Usually about 25 days after receipt of payment.

T/T, L/C at sight and Cash are accepted.

MOQ is $3000 each order and different products can be combined together for one order.But each product in the order at least 1 carton.

4. Do you charge for the samples?

Small quantity Samples free of charge but freight collected.Usually customers provide their courier account like UPS, DHL, Fedex or TNT for freight collect.

5. Can you produce according to customers' design?

Yes, OEM and ODM are both available.
